Quality management systems. Certifies that BPP’s manufacturing processes, from raw material intake to final dispatch, follow a documented, consistently audited quality system.

Environmental management systems. Governs how the Baidyabati plant manages material use, effluents and environmental impact through its galvanizing and fabrication processes.

Occupational health & safety management. Certifies workplace safety systems across heavy fabrication, crane handling and hot-dip galvanizing operations.
Wind Velocity Certification
Issued by IIT Kanpur. Structural validation confirming that BPP mast designs withstand site-specific wind loading, from coastal cyclonic zones to high-altitude terrain.

Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand. An internationally recognised accreditation forum that validates the certification bodies auditing BPP’s quality systems.

Technology Validated By
BPP’s manufacturing process is completely indigenous, built on technology derived from extensive research by a team of specialised engineers since 1994. Designs have been appraised and approved by IIT Kharagpur and Jadavpur University; wind velocity certification is held from IIT Kanpur. An in-house design and drawing facility enables continuous R&D and site-specific engineering.
