Enlightening India, Since 1994.
B.P. Projects Pvt. Ltd. has pioneered hot-dip galvanized steel lighting infrastructure in India for three decades, building a reputation for engineering excellence, financial strength and dependable delivery.
Leadership Message
“Every mast that leaves our Baidyabati facility carries three decades of indigenous engineering.”
Navin JaiswalManaging Director, B.P. Projects Pvt. Ltd.For three decades, B.P. Projects has stood at the intersection of engineering precision and national infrastructure ambition. What began in 1994 has grown into one of India’s most trusted names in high mast and steel lighting infrastructure, a journey I am privileged to carry forward, building on the shared vision of our late Chairman, Mr. Bhola Jaiswal, and myself.
Every mast we build is validated by institutions we deeply respect: IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, and Jadavpur University. Our Wind Velocity Certification from IIT Kanpur is not merely a formality; it is our assurance that a BPP structure will stand firm through the harshest Indian summers, the fiercest coastal storms, and everything in between.
Today, our masts anchor more than 70% of Delhi’s street lighting network, illuminate some of India’s most iconic stadiums, and stand watch over highways, ports, and townships nationwide. Because quality control begins at the source, we manufacture almost everything we install at our own in-house galvanizing plant.
As we look ahead, our commitment remains unchanged: engineering built to outlast the projects it serves, delivered with the discipline of a company that has never treated a deadline as negotiable.
Who We Are
Three Decades of Indigenous Engineering
B.P. Projects Pvt. Ltd. (BPP), headquartered in Kolkata, has pioneered India’s hot-dip galvanized steel lighting infrastructure since 1994. Today, with a turnover exceeding ₹75 crore in FY 2024–25, we have built an industry-wide reputation for financial stability, dependable delivery and uncompromising engineering excellence.
Comprehensive Product Portfolio
Our manufacturing capabilities cover a vast spectrum of infrastructural needs, from standard 3-metre poles to monumental structures exceeding 70 metres in height. Our specialised range includes:
- High Masts & Stadium Masts
- Flag Masts & Signage Masts
- Uniformly Tapered Smart Conical & Octagonal Poles
Every structure is manufactured strictly to IS standards and finished entirely at our own in-house galvanizing plant. Engineered to withstand extreme environmental stress, our completely indigenous manufacturing process, validated by IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, Jadavpur University, IIT Bombay and RITES, sets a structural benchmark that few in the industry can match.
Trusted by the Nation
Our legacy of reliability is cemented by the trust of India’s most demanding infrastructure bodies. BPP holds long-standing, centralized registrations with CPWD and Indian Railways, alongside comprehensive approvals from premier national organizations and state departments, including:
- Major PSUs & Central Authorities: IOCL, NTPC, DMRC, NPCIL, BHEL and AAI
- National Highways: NHAI
- State & Capital Authorities: Delhi PWD, MCD and DDA; UP PWD, Haryana PWD and Gujarat PWD
These credentials, built consistently over three decades, reflect our proven performance and status as a preferred engineering partner for India’s massive public works and energy sectors.

Manufacturing Strength
Galvanized In-House, In a Single Dip

Plant & Materials
- Galvanizing kettle 14.00 m × 1.05 m × 1.15 m, 50,000 T.P.A. installed capacity
- Eight 3-tonne electric hoists; 8-tonne mobile crane material handling
- High-tensile strength sheet sourced exclusively from TATA and SAIL
- Complete pre-treatment and post-galvanizing line, entirely in-house
- Minimum galvanizing thickness 86 micron
Why Single-Dip Matters
Long sections galvanized in one piece have no swaged joint and no internal cavity in which pickling acid can be trapped. That removes the single most common cause of premature failure in conventional welded and swaged poles: corrosion working outward from inside the joint.
Galvanizing job work undertaken for: stadium masts · high masts · sub-station structures · taper round poles · transmission & communication towers · octagonal poles · swaged & welded poles · railway masts · channel sleepers · and any type of fabricated steel article.
